Widgets for the XENEON EDGE

The Corsair XENEON EDGE is a touchscreen panel, and iCUE runs widgets on it. Ours put one application's working surface on that panel: a photo editor's film strip and sliders, a notes app's vault, with oversized touch controls. Each widget talks to its application through a small, free companion on your own PC. Nothing leaves the machine.

Obsidian · Knowledge work · iCUE widget

ObsidianEdge

Your vault on the panel: a Reader page for the note you have open and a Navigator page for the files around it. The companion is an Obsidian plugin, the XENEON EDGE Companion.

How a widget and its companion fit together

The widget is an iCUE package of web files. iCUE draws it on the XENEON EDGE, on a page of its own at Extra Large.
The companion is the part that talks to the application, since a widget package cannot. For PhotoLab and darktable it is a Windows program installed with one double-click; for Obsidian it is an Obsidian plugin. Each is free, answers the widget over your PC's loopback address only, and has a setup page with the download and the three steps.
Standalone means the widget file imported into iCUE plus its companion, with no Marketplace in between. That is what an email gets you sooner.
